Pricing questions
What counts toward my plan?
One question each time the AI drafts an answer for you: the first draft, each question in a re-draft, and every single regenerate or rewrite. Starter and Growth count over a rolling month (the last 30 days), Free over a rolling 12 months; each answer stops counting when it leaves that window. Before you start, the app shows how many questions a run will use and how many you have left.
What’s free?
Uploading and importing questionnaires and documents, re-extracting them, answers reused straight from your answer library, questions with no matching sources, and exports. Drafts that fail don’t count, and there’s no limit on questionnaires.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you’ve done is lost. Everything stays available, and you can keep reviewing, editing, approving and exporting. Only new AI drafting pauses (or new documents, at the knowledge base limit) until you upgrade or older answers leave the window. The plan page shows when the next ones free up.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: 150 questions drafted per 12 months and 10 documents, with every feature and a sample company to explore first. No credit card needed.
Can I pay annually?
No. Starter and Growth are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Are there any other limits?
Only safeguards that keep the service fast for everyone. On every plan, including Business, drafting pauses briefly if an organization drafts an extraordinary number of answers in a short time, and a knowledge base can add a very large number of documents in one day only gradually. Normal use, even a full questionnaire of over a thousand questions in one go, never comes close.
What if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you’re over the new plan’s limits, existing work keeps working and only new drafting or uploads are paused.
How do I pay, and do you handle sales tax and VAT?
Payments run through Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT. We never see or store card numbers.
What’s in Business?
Unlimited questions drafted, a knowledge base of up to about 30,000 pages, and options such as hosting in another region (for example the EU) or a dedicated database. It’s $499 a month, set up with our team: write to sales@example.com.
