Import any format
Excel workbooks sheet by sheet, Word tables and numbered questions, PDFs rebuilt from their layout, and CSV. Requirement matrices, bullet lists, fill-in forms and contract clauses are picked up too. Adjust the detected layout, or add a question the import missed.
Export the way they asked
Answers written into the original file, or a formal response in Word or HTML with a contents page and your general conditions, built in one of up to 20 branded themes. Or a one-sheet Excel file.
Shareable answer links
Send a read-only snapshot of a finished questionnaire as a link that lasts 7, 30 or 90 days and can be revoked at any time.
Document freshness
Give documents expiry dates and a yearly review cycle. Expired evidence stops being cited automatically; stale documents are flagged.
