Drafts that cite their sources, or stay blank.
Every answer is written only from your knowledge base: approved past answers first, then your documents. Each one comes with the quotes it relied on, a confidence level and a trust score.
Grounded drafts
Only your documents, never the internet
For each question, the most relevant passages are found in your answer library and knowledge base, and the draft is written from those alone. The model is told to ignore any outside knowledge about your company.
Instructions hidden inside uploaded documents are treated as text, not commands, to keep a document from steering the answers.
Reusing an old proposal? Its capabilities carry over; that customer’s name, prices, schedules and contacts don’t.
Q 4.12 · Data protection
High confidenceIs customer data encrypted at rest?
Yes. All customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and backups use the same standard.[1]
[1] Information Security Policy, §6.2
“Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256…”
Citations
Click a citation, read the passage
Every citation points to a source that was actually used for the draft, with the exact quote. Citations that don’t match a real source are dropped before you ever see them.
Reviewers verify an answer in the time it takes to read one sentence.
Needs input
No source, no answer
When the sources don’t support an answer, the question is marked Needs input with a note on what’s missing. It’s built never to invent a certification, a date, a number or a policy, and a check takes out any detail no source contains.
Low-confidence and unsupported answers always land in review, and only answers a person approved go into what you send.
Q 7.03
Needs inputDo you hold ISO 27001 certification?
No supporting source found. None of your documents mention ISO 27001, so this one is left for you.
Your input
Missing a fact? Tell it.
Regenerate any answer and say what it needs, in a fact or an instruction. What you type is cited as Bid team input, like any other source, so a reviewer can see where it came from. If it contradicts your documents, the answer is flagged as a conflict at low confidence.
Or re-draft every needs-input or low-confidence answer at once with one prompt. Stronger, approved and hand-edited answers stay exactly as they are.

Trust score
One number that tells you where to look
The trust score combines confidence, how many usable sources back the answer and how fresh those sources are, plus how closely the best cited passage answers the question. Low confidence is always Weak, citing an expired source caps it at Fair, and an unsupported answer is always 0.
75–100
Strong
Confident, backed by current sources. Review quickly and approve.
50–74
Fair
Worth a closer read: fewer sources, or one is due for review.
0–49
Weak
Low confidence or missing support. Pulled into its own tab, with the reason.
Scores are recalculated from current document dates, so when a source expires, the answers that relied on it drop too.
