Why teams switch

Most AI tools guess. This one shows its work.

The people reading your answers are security and procurement reviewers. One invented certification costs more than the hours you saved. So every answer is grounded in your documents, or it isn’t given.

How grounded answers work

Every answer shows its source

Each draft quotes the passage it came from, so a reviewer checks it in seconds instead of hunting through folders.

It flags what it can’t answer

When your documents don’t support an answer, the question is marked Needs input, with what’s missing, instead of filled with a confident guess.

Expired evidence is never used

Give a document an expiry date and it stops being cited the day it lapses. Old policies can’t slip into new answers.

Nothing leaves without a person

Only answers a person approved go into what you send. The AI drafts; your team decides.

How it works

From inbox to approved in three steps

  1. 01

    Build your knowledge base

Upload security policies, audit reports, past proposals and spreadsheets, add public web pages, or sync picked files from Google Drive, SharePoint and OneDrive.

  2. 02

    Import the questionnaire

Drop in the Excel, Word, PDF or CSV file, in any of seven languages. Questions, requirement lists and form fields are found, with their exact location kept.

  3. 03

    Review, approve, export

Check drafts with their citations, re-draft only the weak ones, approve the clear ones in one step, and download the original file with every approved answer in place.

Trust score

Know which answers to check first

Every answer gets a score from 0 to 100 built from things you can see: how confident the draft is, how many sources back it, how fresh those sources are, and how closely the best passage answers the question.

Strong answers flow through review. Weak ones are pulled into their own tab, with the reason spelled out.

Export

Hand back their file, not yours

Approved answers are written back into the exact cells, tables and paragraphs they came from, so the customer receives their own questionnaire, completed.

Need something else? Export a formal response in Word or HTML, with a contents page and your general conditions, built in one of your branded themes; a one-sheet Excel file; or a shareable link that expires.

Before you bid

Know what to settle first

An internal review draft opens with what could sink the bid: a passed deadline, a product that doesn’t fit the scope, an attachment missing from the file, a minimum qualification at risk.

Then how the RFP is scored, where your sources disagree, and an action list by owner, with pricing tables ready to fill in. None of it goes in the response you send.
