Slack
Type /ask anywhere in Slack. The answer, visible only to you, comes from approved library answers and current documents, with citations and a link back to the app.
Microsoft Teams
Ask in a private chat with the bot. Same sources and same citations, and when your sources don’t cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.
Google Drive
Pick the files to sync. They’re re-imported every 6 hours (or on demand) when they change, and removed when they’re deleted in Drive.
SharePoint & OneDrive
Connect a Microsoft work account and pick files the same way. They sync every 6 hours or on demand, and only the files you picked are read.
Web pages
Add a public page, such as your security or privacy page, to the knowledge base. It can be re-checked every week, and it respects robots.txt.

For Chrome and Edge. Open the side panel on any questionnaire portal, find the approved answer and insert it into the box.

Browser extension
Portals, without the copy-paste
Right-click a box on any questionnaire portal and choose “Find answers for this box”. Pick the approved answer and insert it as if you typed it.
The extension uses your own sign-in and permissions, has no standing access to websites, never reads what you type, and only inserts approved answers. Every insert is recorded. Accounts with two-factor sign-in can’t sign in to the extension yet.

Connect one Google account for your organization and pick the files that matter. Changed files are re-imported automatically, and unchanged content isn’t processed twice.
Access tokens are encrypted and only readable by background jobs. They never reach a browser.
