Every growing B2B company hits the same wall. A big deal is close, and then a spreadsheet arrives: two hundred questions about encryption, access control, incident response and subprocessors. The answers exist, scattered across policies, audit reports and the last ten questionnaires. Finding them takes days. Getting them wrong costs the deal.
AI should make this easy, and for most text it does. But a security questionnaire isn’t most text. A confident sentence that happens to be false (a certification you don’t have, a retention period that changed last year) is worse than no answer at all.
So we built AcuityRFP around one promise: every answer is grounded in your own documents, or it isn’t given. Each draft quotes its source. Unsupported questions are flagged as Needs input, never guessed. Expired evidence is never used. And nothing leaves without a person approving it.
The result is the speed of AI with the trustworthiness of an answer your security lead wrote by hand.
